We had an amazing family trip to Maui for Spring Break! We stayed at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas North. It was nice to share the fun with our Mimi and Grandy. Our party of eight took in all the best sights, tastes, and experiences the island had to offer. Some of our adventures included surfing lessons, whale watching, and hiking across a swift current to reach a waterfall. The kids learned how to play shuffleboard and make their own leis. Weston was content playing the resort putt-putt golf for hours. We searched for the best Dole whips around and feasted on Hula Pie a couple of times, too. Hannah and James had a blast in the pirate ship pool near our condo. James busted his chin in the shallow area of the pool, just hours before our luau was to begin. The Old Lahaina Luau was the best we'd ever seen, and we had the best seats in the house! The weather was perfect--we couldn't have planned for things to go any more perfectly. We already miss Maui, and the kids are asking when we can go back!
Mahalo, beautiful Maui! Thanks for the memories.
